The collection celebrates Ladakh’s most iconic fruits—apricots, sea buckthorn berries, apples, and other seasonal Himalayan ingredients—each transformed into small-batch jams and conserves that reflect the true character of the fruit.
Apricots, the signature fruit of Ladakh, bring a warm golden sweetness and delicate tang. Sea buckthorn berries—often called the “golden berries of the Himalayas”—add a vibrant citrus-like brightness and exceptional nutritional value.
