Crafted from sun-ripened apricots grown in the pristine high-altitude orchards of Ladakh (10,000–12,000 ft), our Apricot Conserve captures the pure flavour of Himalayan fruit in its most indulgent form. The apricots are harvested at peak maturity and slowly cooked in small batches to preserve their natural sweetness, vibrant colour, and nutrient density.
Unlike mass-produced fruit spreads, this conserve is made using traditional mountain methods that allow the fruit to develop a deep, naturally caramelised flavour while retaining its delicate texture. The cold desert climate of Ladakh produces apricots that are exceptionally rich in flavour, vitamins, and antioxidants due to slow ripening and intense sunlight.
Each jar reflects Ladakh’s agricultural heritage, where fruit preservation has long been practiced to sustain communities through long winters. The result is a premium artisan conserve that is rich, fruity, and naturally nourishing.
The product has been scientifically tested and shows excellent microbial stability and sensory quality, with a shelf life of up to 30 months when stored properly.
